Could someone add some lights and other stuff to it and make it a .bsp for me because i don't have any quake and cant test my maps or make them into a .bsp

You can get Quake I shareware version 1.08 at http://www.idsoftware.com/business/techdownloads/

then google search for darkplaces engine. It is a great engine for quake.

So far as compiling your map just search around on google. There are plenty of resources for quake modding and mapping, that is the beauty of an older engine.
